SELLING:

The whole listing process can take as little as 48 hours.

After looking over my listing report showing you what has sold recently and what listings are "active" you will decide what price you want to list for.

Then a listing agreement will be signed, photos will be taken, and it will be listed on the multiple listing service (MLS) where buyer's agents will search for their clients.

 

BUYING:

I am an experienced real estate broker that will assist you in purchasing your new home. First you will need a pre-approval letter from a lender.  Then we will set up daily email notifications to let you know when new listings come on the market or if existing listings have been reduced in price.  From that list you will choose which home you would like to see.  Then give us a call to arrange an appointment to show it to you.

Sealing the Deal

When the seller has verbally accepted your offer they will have their attorney draw up a contract of sale that will require your signature and a deposit.  The seller will then countersign the contract and you will begin your inspections.  Closing can take from 45 to 60 days.
